Welcome to CoAlias. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoAlias's domain management services, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CoAlias provides a domain proxy and management service that enables users to add custom domains to their no-code applications and websites. The Service is provided by CoAlias, a company registered in the Netherlands.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2.2 Service Description: CoAlias allows you to connect custom domains to your applications through our domain proxy service. We provide DNS management, SSL certificate provisioning, and related technical infrastructure.
2.3 Account Registration: To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.4 Service Availability: While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may result in temporary service disruptions.
3.1 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.3 One Account Per User: You may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual or entity is prohibited unless specifically authorized by CoAlias.
3.4 Account Transfer: You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account to any other person or entity without our prior written consent.
4.1 Pricing: CoAlias offers both free and paid service plans. Current pricing is available on our website at coalias.com/pricing. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
4.2 Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected during signup. Billing occurs automatically on the renewal date unless you cancel your subscription.
4.3 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
4.4 Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
4.5 Free Trials: We may offer free trial periods for certain plans. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
4.6 Overdue Payments: If payment is not received or if your payment method fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

6.1 CoAlias Property: The Service, including all software, content, trademarks, logos, and other materials provided by CoAlias, is owned by CoAlias and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content: You retain all rights to content you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant CoAlias a limited license to host, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.
6.3 Feedback: If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant CoAlias the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.
6.4 Trademarks: CoAlias, the CoAlias logo, and other marks are trademarks of CoAlias. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COALIAS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 Limitation of Damages: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COALIAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
7.3 Cap on Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL COALIAS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COALIAS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7.4 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoAlias and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8.1 Termination by You: You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
8.2 Termination by CoAlias: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
8.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
8.4 Data Export: We recommend exporting any data you wish to retain before terminating your account. We are not obligated to retain or provide your data after termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

11.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
11.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoAlias regarding the Service.
11.5 No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
11.6 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
